- Langkah pertama marinasi daging sapi yg sudah dipotong dgn BUMBU MARINASI BUBUK yg 9 mcm itu. Lebih lama lebih bagus kata ci Devina bisa disimpan di kulkas dlu semalaman tp aku sih cm stgh jam..
- Tumis BUMBU HALUS dgn 80 ml minyak goreng. Setelah harum masukkan si BUMBU DAUN 4 macam beserta serai dan lengkuas. (Sedari awal saya sudah taruh 2 sdm garam di bumbu halus supaya dagingnya gak tawar kl sdh jadi).
- Masukkan daging yg sudah dimarinasi hingga tercampur rata semua dgn baik. Baru kemudian masukkan air dan santan, aduk rata.
- Kalau sudah mendidih kecilkan api dan aduk sesekali saja sampai kering dan bumbu menempel di pada daging rendang. Tp kl sy sih gk suka kl terlalu kering xixixii.
